Shipping
Rates and Methods
Orders of $85 or more qualify for free expedited shipping via Canada Post. This usually takes 3-7 business days depending on how far you live from Vancouver.
Orders of 1 or 2 sets of strings include free shipping via Canada Post lettermail. To keep shipping as affordable as possible, tracking information is not available.
Expedited shipping is available for packages under $85 at a flat rate of $22.
Order Processing Time
Beckett does his best to ship orders ASAP but please allow up to 3 business days of processing time incase the video production schedule is full.
International Shipping
Currently, we only ship within Canada.
Returns
Final Sale
All strings, sets and reels are final sale. If there was a mistake with your order or you believe you received a defective product, please Contact Us within 7 days of receiving the order.
Address Accuracy
It is the responsibility of the customer to provide accurate shipping information. Please double-check your shipping address before completing the order.
