Hyper-G has a gear-shaped profile with 4 sides. The edges means the the launch angle is slightly higher than some round strings which leads to easy spin and depth. There’s a healthy amount of ball bite for a strong sensation of spin and performance remains consistent and a variety of swing speeds.

Tension Recommendation:
Keep your normal tension if you use similar control oriented poly’s (Lynx Tour, RPM Blast, Tour Sniper) or bump down by 2lbs if you usually use softer strings (Toroline, Hyper-G Soft, Ghostwire).
