Mach-10 is Solinco’s slickest string, employing CloudFORM technology for superior notch-resistance while retaining a medium-soft feel. Mach-10 is a tremendous all-arounder suitable for both high-spin players and those who penetrate the court with deeper, flatter shots.

Hyper-G Round is the same Hyper-G you know and love but in a round profile. Round strings are cherished on tour for their superior tension maintenance, more predictable response and consistent feel. Hyper-G Round is firm and connected without being overly crisp or pingy.

Use Mach-10 in the mains for better bite and lift on the ball. Use HGR in the mains for a more penetrating shot.

Solinco Confidential is an outstanding string, control oriented and geared towards elite players. The launch angle is slightly higher compared to strings that offer similar levels of control and longevity (Grapplesnake Tour M8, Tour Sniper, Luxilon 4G or Lynx Tour), which helps with margin over the net. Spin is well above average and the feel is more muted and dead, without feeling disconnected or plasticky. The entire TennCom team, Beckett, Simon and Ale are all huge fans of this string and we’d all happily take it into a serious tournament. This string has performed excellently in a variety of racquets, from the Whiteouts to the VCORE series and beyond, you really can’t go wrong with Confidential.

Tension Recommendation:

Keep your normal tension if you use similar control oriented poly’s (Lynx Tour, RPM Blast, Tour Sniper) or bump down by 2lbs if you usually use softer strings (Toroline, Hyper-G Soft, Ghostwire).
